The Eagle Chamber of Commerce has organized the Eagle Food & Wine Festival to help support our emerging wine industry, as well as to highlight our tremendous local, top-rated talent, art, food and wine.
The Eagle Food & Wine Festival will begin on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 950 E Riverside Drive, Eagle with the Gala Dinner and Auction. Signature Wineries will be spotlighted with wine tasting and vintner conversations that will involve and fascinate each guest.
Saturday’s Festival will take place at our beautiful Merrill Park. Featured Idaho Chefs’ will prepare their signature dishes and be paired with regional and local wines in the Chef’s Tent for your sampling pleasure.

Outside on the lawn local Idaho Preferred vendors, local artists booths, unique food booths, wine tasting, local and regional wineries with live music.

Gala & Benefit Auction — Friday Evening
Date: Friday, August 21, 2009 Time: 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm Where: 950 E Riverside, Eagle (Map & Directions) Ticket Cost: $75 per person
Proceeds to benefit Meals on Wheels and The Landing Community Youth Programs.
Enjoy wine tastings from six premier wineries.
The six featured wineries will be: 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards, Davis Creek Cellars, Periple, Syringa Winery, Vale Wine Company, Wood River Cellars. Live entertainment courtesy of the Basque Dancers. There will be a live/silent auction, featuring several unique items with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Meals on Wheels and The Landing Community Center.

Stroll through the park, tasting wines from some of the finest wineries the Northwest has to offer, while enjoying the live music of Gayle Chapman, Blaze & Kelly, and Lane Lowry. Erikson Fine Wines will be hosting a "Wine 101" class, while local art & food vendors showcase their unique creations.
