  • Bio Bio

After high school I enlisted in the United States Air Force, and received my honorable discharge after 6 years of service. After the USAF I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and become a Chiropractor. I did my undergraduate work in Los Angeles and my graduate studies at Life Chiropractic College West, where I met my wife. After graduation I worked in my father's practice for a few years before my wife and I decided to move our family to Eagle, Idaho.

We opened up White Pine Chiropractic in 2017. My wife, four kids and I all absolutely love it here in Eagle. God picked the perfect place for our family to work and live. Since moving here to Eagle I have joined the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, where I started off as an Ambassador and now sit on the Board of Directors. I am also a member of the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians (IACP), was voted as the 2017 Rising Star, and sit on the Board of Directors as a District representative. I have been appointed as the Idaho State Representative for the International Chiropractors Association as well. I also am a member of the local American Legion Orville Jackson Post 127 where I am the Service Officer.  I am looking forward to the City of Eagle's bright growing future and the Eagle Chamber of Commerce's role in that growth.

  • Bio Bio

With over twelve years experience in real estate, Cindy Poulsen operates her own brokerage firm.  She holds an unending commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.

"The best relationships are relational, not transactional," she says.  "My role lies in helping people discover what is best for them, not in doing what is most beneficial to me."

The home buying and selling process has become increasingly complicated.  Cindy expertly guides her clients through the negotiation process: title companies, inspections, competitive market analysis, lenders and how they work, and every other aspect in purchasing a home.  She is particularly adept in the area of 1031 exchanges and is happy to guide her clients through what can sometimes prove a complicated transaction.

Unlike many brokers, who primarily manage other agents, Cindy takes an active role in listing homes and presenting them through syndicated sources designed for maximum exposure using world class photography, videography and meticulous staging. Her clients' homes stand out and demand to be seen.

Having moved to Idaho over a dozen years ago and in search of an ideal place to raise her children, Cindy's driving professional interest remains to establish long-term, trusting relationships with people who are looking to build and secure their futures by purchasing the right home in the right location at the right time or to sell at the highest price point with the most comprehensive listing service in the Valley.
