I grew up in Blythe, California swimming in the Colorado River. After high school I enlisted in the United States Air Force, and received my honorable discharge after 6 years of service. After the USAF I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and become a Chiropractor. I did my undergraduate work in Los Angeles and my graduate studies at Life Chiropractic College West, where I met my wife, in the Bay Area. After graduation I worked in my father's practice in Blythe for a few years before my wife and I decided to move our family to Eagle, Idaho.

We opened up White Pine Chiropractic in 2017. My wife, four kids and I all absolutely love it here in Eagle. God picked the perfect place for our family to work and live. Since moving here to Eagle I have joined the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, where I started off as an Ambassador and now sit on the Board. I am a member of the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians (IACP), was voted as the 2017 Rising Star, and sit on the Board as well. I have been appointed as the Idaho State Representative of the International Chiropractors Association. I am looking forward to the City of Eagle's bright growing future and the Eagle Chamber of Commerce's role in that growth.

Greetings! I'm Shawn and I have lived in Eagle for over fifteen years. I graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Public Administration and City Planning. Since I have been in Idaho, I have worked in all aspects of the local development industry, including County Government, Civil Engineering and Surveying, Land Use Law, Property Management, and as owner of a successful Land Use Entitlement business (SLN Planning).

In addition to my experience as a Land Use Planning Consultant, I am active in the local real estate market, owning and managing several commercial and residential properties in Eagle. I have been involved in construction and development for the majority of my life, including growing and working with a father that was a plumbing contractor, serving as a construction superintendent for an apartment developer, and remodeling some of my own buildings in downtown Eagle. I am a past HOA Board Member, and I currently sit on several volunteer Boards and Commissions including the Eagle Chamber of Commerce and the Eagle Historic Preservation Commission.

I am extremely passionate about the City of Eagle, both its history and its future. I believe that the success of our community starts with our downtown business, and I work hard making sure that my decisions and actions, whether they are with clients or with my own properties, have a direct and positive effect on the Community as a whole.

My wife, Lesley and I, along with our three children currently live in Downtown Eagle. Among my many interests are music, professional sports, camping, fly fishing, snow and water sports and the restoration of my 1966 Convertible Mustang.

My husband Jim and I have 4 fabulous kids who have been in the Eagle schools since we transplanted from Arizona 11 years ago. I'm a graduate of Arizona State University (GO DEVILS!) and spent 16 years in corporate Marketing. Now I'm a Personal/Business Banker and Associate Mortgage Loan Officer for Washington Trust Bank. My passion is connecting people for success - business owners to each other; non-profits to potential donors; individuals to others. Our spheres of influence are very powerful tools! It's this passion that compelled me to join the Eagle Chamber Ambassador Committee in 2013 and the Board of Director's in 2016.
