A Warm Eagle Welcome
Creating welcome gift bags full of local coupons, products and business information, local committees of large developments and local real estate agents secure these bags to give new neighbors a friendly Eagle welcome, answer questions and share advice about integrating in the community. Ultimately, the vision of the Eagle Chamber Members provide a “warm welcome” upon arrival, that they will want to build a life in our community, and they can more easily find the resources to do so.
Inspiring Business Growth
Eagle has an active business community, and we want to help businesses establish local spending habits. One of the best ways to do that is to let our very own residents know what you have to offer! Participation in Eagle Chamber Welcome Bags allows businesses to sow those seeds early and continue to grow customer loyalty.
Since we’ve started this program in 2020, we provide an average of 25 bags a month. If you know of a newcomer to Eagle (*bags available for newcomers for pick up in visitor center) or would like to include your business in our welcome gifts, please send an email to info@eaglechamber.com and ask how you can get involved.

Eagle Chamber Gift Project
We encourage all chamber members and community to give back to the Annual Eagle Chamber Gift Project!
The Eagle Chamber Gift Project is a program for the residents of alternating assisting living facilities in Eagle. Senior residents come up with their wish lists, but local “Santas” (you!) need only to select one item to give.
- Simply WRAP and TAG your gift with the number and item selected
- Want to give a surprise item? Feel free to send a resident a general, useful item as well!
Santa’s Wish List is displayed on the Chamber Web-sleigh and is updated daily as gifts are dropped off.
Drop off your gifts at our Eagle Chamber location:
- 148 N 2nd St, Ste 101
- Tuesdays - Thursdays from 12:00pm - 4:00pm (or call to schedule drop off)
Remember: The drive ends the weekend before Christmas!
Adopt-A-Family Thanksgiving Program
Are you looking to give back to those in need this Thanksgiving season?
During the season of giving, we are proud to be able to give low-income and struggling families a helping hand. Our chamber offers the Adopt-a-Family Thanksgiving Program to families who are going through tough times or are in financial need of help during the holiday season.
The chamber matches members to a family in need to sponsor a turkey dinner for the Thanksgiving season. To support the program, please donate any information that would lead us to families in need. In addition to Thanksgiving meals, donors may provide other pantry essentials and treats for households with children.
Take advantage of this opportunity to support your neighbors during what can be a difficult time of year.

Volunteers
Eagle Chamber of Commerce hosts a variety of annual events for members and the community. Each event is an effort in itself with teams working on everything from budgets and planning, to programs, logistics, sponsors, marketing and on-site management. Each event takes the commitment of team.
